Update: Podcast Launch!

Hi, everyone!

I have an exciting update today: Author Rescue now has a podcast! It launched today so it’s starting to appear on major podcasting platforms, and I’ve included details below for a few different ways to access it and other details. I’m so excited to start this journey, and I appreciate your support (and patience!) as I sort out the details of this new venture. Stay tuned for more!

What is the podcast?

It’s called Rescue Your Writing! with Katy at Author Rescue, and it’s going to be the audio equivalent of my posts on this site. Episodes will be released every Thursday and Sunday until I’m caught up with existing site content, and then I’ll be switching to every Sunday with new content. (But don’t worry, we’ve got quite a lot of catching up to do, so expect two episodes a week for a while.)

How can I access it?

There are two easy ways to access the audio:

1. Direct embed: As I release podcast episodes, I’ll be embedding them directly into the posts here on the site for easy access. I’ve also made a Podcast page which can be accessed in the menu, it’ll have a separate feed of only the posts with embedded podcast episodes, and will be refreshed and updated automatically as new episodes are released.
2. Your favorite podcasting platform: It’ll take a little while for it to fully roll out, but I’ll be making the audio available on the following platforms.

How can I give feedback? And can I request new episode content?

Feedback is easy! You can either fill out the form on my Contact page, or you can email me directly at katy@author-rescue.com. I welcome any and all feedback, and if you have content requests then I’ll add it to my list. Make sure to include your name (first name, pen name, etc.) if you want a shout out once I get to the request! Plus you can always shoot me an email just to say hi 🙂

Final note

Thank you all so much for your support and feedback. Author Rescue is a passion project of mine, because creative writing and storytelling are so important to me, and I’m enjoying every second of creating this content. I hope having the audio will help more people find this content or that it will help you engage with the content in a new way (or both!). I appreciate you all, and I’ll see you in the next episode!
