Hi everyone!
So to start with, as I’m sure many of you have guessed, I did not complete NaNoWriMo 2021 😦 which leads me into a related site announcement: Author Rescue will be undergoing some modifications as I prepare for 2022. I’ll be moving to a new state here in the U.S. and I’ll be too busy and disorganized to post regularly for a while.
However! The plan is to begin posting again on January 3, 2022, which is a little less than a month away. You can expect weekly posts that will fit into new categories on the site, a reworked menu at the top of every page, and slightly modified structure and content on my static pages. If you visit in the meantime, you’ll probably see some changes being steadily made, but I’m hoping to have everything ironed out by the first of the year. My first post back will include an update on site function to mitigate any confusion.
Sorry for the disruption, but I believe these changes will ultimately improve the site and make a better experience for all of you lovely readers! I can still be contacted via my contact page form, and I’ll keep an eye out for comments in case anyone has questions.
